I have been renting through orange property services for 18 months. Colin who was the agent to show me around was fantastic and Amanda who I did my new tenancy with was also lovely. I have only reported 2 repairs since being at the property. 1 was today which was an emergency as I had no heating and I have a young baby. I phoned the number given and spoke to a really helpful women who got someone out to me within a few hours. The engineer turned up promptly and was really helpful and got my heating working and even did an after care call to make sure it was still ok. Highly recommend! Thank you
